Features: Alkaline, quick-acting kitchen disinfectant. Disinfects and removes fat, oil, plant and animal proteins. Without flavor. The effectiveness has been proven in accordance with the strict standards of DIN EN (Deutsches Institut für Normung e.V.). The tool is included in the list of IHO (German Industrial Association for Hygiene and Surface Protection). It is effective against salmonella, listeria and noroviruses. Blutoxol is certified as a safe means of use in food production facilities.

Ingredients: 100 g contains the following active ingredients: 2.4 g of dimethylammonium chloride, 1.9 g of benzyldimethylammonium chloride. Other components (according to 648/2004 / EC): nonionic surfactants <5%, organic and inorganic salts, dyes. pH (concentrate): Approx. 13 pH (finished solution): approx. 12.5

Usage: Designed for disinfection and cleaning of water and alkaline floors, walls and work surfaces, as well as kitchen and work equipment in food processing areas. 200 ml is dissolved in 10 liters of cold water. Processing is done by completely wetting the surface and treating it with textiles. Items that are in direct contact with food products need to be rinsed with running water.
